Source of Inspiration


D epends on the area…chocolate…not
I nspired to jog, put running shoes on, watched sports channel
S lowly I’m working up to exercise…maybe next year
C hoose exercise you love…a walk to the ice cream parlor
I gnore temptation tomorrow by eating all the potato chips today
P ush yourself to the limit…how many peanuts can you eat
Lie down to do floor exercises; start with nap exercise
I nstall discipline in all you do; eat all the food on your plate before taking seconds
N ever go to bed with a bag of M & M’s half eaten.
E very day is an opportunity to squander another part of your life.
